Contact Lens Exams & Fittings
The first step towards getting the right contact lenses for your eye is a comprehensive eye examination. In the eye examination we will confirm your contact lens prescription and assess the overall health of the eye to ensure you are a good candidate for contact lenses.
We will then work with you to discuss your different contact lens options, daily disposables, bi-weekly or monthly contacts and see which lens modality works best with your lifestyle. If you have never work contact lenses before, we will book you in for a contact lens teach to ensure you are comfortable with insertion and removal of contact lenses prior to taking a trial pair home. If you are a long time wearer, based on our discussion, we will fit you with a trial pair of contact lenses in office. You will then have the opportunity to take the contact lenses home and wear them to ensure you are happy with the vision and comfort of the lenses. If you are content with the contact lenses you can order a supply of lenses. If you are unhappy, we will work hard in trying different contact lens options until we find the right ones that satisfy all your visual needs.
At La Rose vision Centre we custom fit for all refractive errors such as myopia (near-sightedness), hyperopia (far-sightedness), astigmatism and presbyopia. Properly fitted contact lenses are comfortable and safe for your eyes.
